Neural BugOut provides an AI-driven conversational experience for entertainment and companionship purposes. The AI characters ("Aldeen", "Nura", etc.) are simulated personalities generated by large language models.

3. Disclaimer: Entertainment Only

**CRITICAL NOTICE:** Neural BugOut is for entertainment purposes only. The AI is NOT a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified human professional or emergency services.

4. Purchases and Refunds

You may purchase "Time Credits" to extend your conversation sessions. These are digital goods consumed upon use.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
Credits are tied to your specific device/Neural ID and cannot be transferred.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate prohibited content (hate speech, violence, illegal acts).
Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the API.
Harass or manipulate the AI system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neural BugOut and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that the AI's responses will always be accurate, appropriate, or factually correct.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
