Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Neural BugOut offers Time Credits as intangible digital goods. Due to the nature of digital consumables, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the credits have been credited to your account.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may offer a refund at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

Technical Error: If you were charged but did not receive the credits due to a system failure.
Double Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
Service Unavailability: If the service was completely unavailable for more than 48 hours immediately following your purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date.

Please include:

Your Transaction ID (from the receipt).
Your Neuro ID (displayed on the app launch screen).
The reason for your refund request.

4. EU Customer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you typically have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by using the credits/minutes immediately, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun.
